1. Description of the Service

SingMyWish is a digital platform that uses AI to generate creative content including greeting messages, digital cards, personalized songs, and speech-style disclaimers. The Service is designed for personal, expressive, and entertainment purposes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the digital age of consent in your jurisdiction). Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

3. Account and Access

Some features may require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining accurate information and protecting your credentials. We reserve the right to suspend access for violations.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content;
  • Misuse AI to create misleading or defamatory material;
  • Use outputs to impersonate individuals or entities.

5. User Content and AI Output

You retain ownership of your Content but grant us a license necessary to operate the Service. Outputs may resemble other users' content; we do not guarantee uniqueness or accuracy. All Content is automatically deleted from our database one month after creation.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform IP (software, design, models) remains our property. You may use generated content only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless stated otherwise.

7. Commercial Use Restrictions

You may not sell, distribute, or publicly claim ownership of AI-generated content without written permission.

8. Payments, Subscriptions and Cancellation

Some features require payment. Pricing is shown at checkout. Unless stated, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

In order to cancel a subscription to the Product, open the menu, go to "Manage Subscription", select your active plan, and click "Unsubscribe".

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Content is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about accuracy or suitability. Generated disclaimers are not substitutes for legal advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages from use or misuse of generated content, inaccuracies, or Service interruptions. You accept full responsibility for ensuring that your use of the AI and outputs complies with all applicable copyright laws and terms. Failure to comply with these restrictions results in immediate termination of your access to the AI.

11. Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms. If changes are significant, you'll be notified. Continued use means acceptance.
