1. Introduction

We want you to be completely satisfied with SingMyWish. This Refund Policy explains our refund and cancellation procedures for in-app purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

2. Subscription Refunds

All subscription purchases are processed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Refunds must be requested directly through these platforms:

• Apple App Store: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support
• Google Play Store: Visit play.google.com/store/account or request through the Play Store app

We do not have direct access to process refunds for App Store or Play Store purchases. Please contact the respective platform within their refund eligibility period.

3. Token/Credit Refunds

Token or credit purchases are also processed through App Store or Google Play Store and follow the same refund policy as subscriptions. Please request refunds directly through the platform where you made your purchase.

4. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

• iOS: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Select SingMyWish → Cancel Subscription
• Android: Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Select SingMyWish → Cancel Subscription

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not provide a refund for the current billing period. You will continue to have access until the end of your paid period.

5. Exceptions

We may consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Technical issues preventing you from using the service
• Duplicate or accidental charges
• Service outages lasting more than 24 hours

For such cases, please contact us at refunds@singmywish.com with your purchase details and we'll assist you.

6. Free Trial Periods

If you cancel during a free trial period, you will not be charged. Make sure to cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged for the first billing cycle.
